Thank you for your inquiry. We look forward to hosting you at Loula’s. Below we detail a few rules and policies that we have put into place to ensure that all our guests have a pleasant and unforgettable experience.
LARGE GROUPS & FAMILY STYLE MENU
• For large groups of 7 or more guests, we require everyone to participate in a set menu. The cost of the set menu is $60 per person, and it is specially designed to provide you with a diverse selection of menu items that remain a staple of Loula’s kitchen. We are happy to accommodate any allergies and dietary restrictions upon request, with written notice before group arrival.
BILLING POLICY
• We have a one bill policy in place for groups of 10 or more. The bill can be separated into 4
equal payments upon request.
WEEKEND TABLE CAPACITIES
• Main Room: groups up to 10
• Flower Room: groups up to 22
• 1610 Lounge: groups up to 14
SEATING POLICY
• To best accommodate all our guests, we allow a maximum of two and a half hours of dine-in time depending on group size for your experience. If you would like to stay past the allotted time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate this request. Due to our limited capacity, we are unable to guarantee a specific table for our guests, however, we are happy to try and accommodate any seating preferences. We enforce a 15-minute grace period. Reservations running late are not guaranteed, and we do require 50% of the group to be present to be seated.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• We have implemented a credit card hold for groups of 4 and over. This hold is $25 per person, and we will only charge the card on file in the event of cancellation, no-show, or major changes to your group size within 72 hours of the reservation.
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK POLICY
• We kindly ask that you don’t bring any outside food (including cakes,) drinks, or decoration.
DRESS CODE
• We have implemented the following dress code for Friday + Saturday evenings, from 8pm onwards.
• NO BALLCAPS
• NO TRACKSUITS
• NO JERSEYS
• NO ATHLETIC ATTIRE
• NO SWEATS
• NO FLIP FLOPS
AGE RESTRICTION
• Please note that on Friday + Saturday, we do not allow minors (under the age of 19) past 10pm.
